MAGMETRIC (1) has had two runs since a break, the latest a win over 5f190yards at Albury, beaten 4 lengths. Has scope for improvement so he looks very hard to beat. GO ELLIE GO (5) resumed over 5f190yards at Albury last time out and showed good speed to lead throughout, scoring by a long neck. Sure to take some stopping again. STAR BUYER (2) is a five-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Matthew Dale barn. Most recently finished in the placings at Wodonga before going for a break. Not seen at the trials but looks nicely placed. Expected to be in the finish. ALTROVE (4) finished 5.5 lengths adrift in ninth last time over 7f at Wangaratta in a disappointing performance. Nicely placed to make amends.
