CHAMP DE MARS (1) was on the speed from the rails draw last start and battled on well to finish second over 5f87yards at this track. Likely improver with winning claims. MAIKROW (2) is a maiden galloper resuming from a lay-off after finishing sixth over 5½f at Warwick Farm at the latest appearance on March 6. Fitter for two trials, placing most recently. Expect a bold showing. ROWDY SHEBANG (5) is back after a break of six months. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing second at her latest appearance over 7f at Tumut. Should present well following a recent trial win. Rates highly and is a chance to break through. WATCH YA BACK (8) has not raced since her debut on February 19 over 5f at Sapphire Coast when she finished seventh, beaten 7 lengths. Plenty of scope for improvement.
