SOTOMAYOR (15) is a two-start maiden who placed on debut then could only manage seventh last start, beaten 6 lengths over 6f38yards at Geelong. Great chance to bounce back. VERSION (14) debuted four weeks ago and was well supported when she finished fourth over 5½f at Kyneton, beaten 2.5 lengths. Likely improver and worth following up. I'M KENOUGH (1) resumes from a lay-off of five months and is having his first outing under new trainer L & T Corstens & W Larkin. Finished seventh at Sandown-Hillside over 5f at the opening run last time in work. One of the genuine hopes in the race. RAMBLING (9) is a first-starter by Zoustar from the former top race mare Fuddle Dee Duddle who has been an outstanding producer including winners at black type level. Has not been produced in a public trial. Sure to be well-educated, being from the Mick Price & Michael Kent Jnr stable. Promising type who is ready to run a bold race.
