WATERMELON (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Murwillumbah, beaten 6 lengths into sixth. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. NEW MAHER (5) has recently been thereabouts since scoring at Dalby on March 2 the latest effort a second over 6½f at Sunshine Coast. Should be poised just off the lead. Best figures should see him run well. HELEN'S DREAM (10) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m2f at Gatton, beaten 2.5 lengths into fourth. Taking on a better line-up this time but she deserves another chance. IRISH GYPSY (12) went forward and proved too strong on debut last start, scoring with a head to spare over 7f at Gatton. Do not underestimate.
