Grade 2 winner PORT GUILLAUME (6) was unplaced in a in a 1m6f flat contest at Flemington then again missed out in the Grand National Hurdle hurdle (2m5f) at Sandown-Lakeside last start. All set to reverse the recent form. STERN IDOL (1) comes here off back-to-back wins. Scored (2m1 1/2f) at Pakenham two starts back then was most impressive last time, scoring by 10 lengths in the Crisp Steeple (2m5f) at Sandown-Lakeside. In great form and will give backers a great sight. Grade 3 winner LEADERBOARD (7) did a reasonable job when he finished third (2m1 1/4f) at Warrnambool two runs back. Held that form last time when 4 lengths away in third in the Grand National Hurdle hurdle (2m5f) at Sandown-Lakeside. Hard to knock the recent efforts. Grade 3 winner THE GOOD FIGHT (8) did fairly well when he finished second in a hurdle (2m1 1/2f) at Pakenham two runs back. Held that form last time when 1.75 lengths away in second in the Grand National Hurdle hurdle (2m5f) at Sandown-Lakeside. Will be a force once again.
