ROSA JULIET (6) got off the mark when resuming from a lay-off over 6f at this track last start, scoring by half a length. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Blaike Mcdougall was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Big chance to go back-to-back. LE DERRIERE (2) had been racing okay but she was safely held last time out when tenth over 6f at Mornington. Has the blinkers removed. Rates highly and a bold showing is expected. FAVANNA (8) hit the frame two starts ago at Mornington but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 4.5 lengths over 7f at Sandown-Lakeside. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. IMAPAGETHREE GIRL (1) improved sharply last time out to score by 1.75 lengths over 6½f at Swan Hill three weeks ago. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
