Improvement to come and the addition of blinkers is a positive sign. JUDGE RULES (8) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 12 lengths when seventh over 1m1/2f at this track five weeks ago. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. SOLO EMPIRE (5) turned in a nice run last time to finish second over 1m1/2f at this track after being in contention on the corner. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. WO HOP (3) was prominent at the corner and finished third last start over 1m at Saratoga (Dirt), beaten 9 lengths. Should be cherry-ripe. Likely improver with solid prospects.
