VENGE (8) is still a maiden after 12 starts. Could only manage to finish fourth last time out over 1m at this track (Dirt) following a minor placing at this track (Dirt) over 6f the run prior. This looks his chance to break through. HOURS IN A DAY (3) stepped out on his debut over 7f at Gulfstream Park (Dirt) four weeks ago and finished fifth, beaten 13 lengths. Better for the run and can improve sharply. APURO (10) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 6f at this track, beaten only 1.75 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Looks well placed so expect another big run. SHAKIN THE BELLE (6) finished second last time over 6f at this track (Dirt), beaten 1.75 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Capable of another top-three outcome.
