BOB JOHN RAY (6) broke through for his maiden win over 1m at this track (Dirt) last time. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and he is sure to go well. JACKSON HEIGHTS (7) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at this track (Dirt) over 1m. Awkwardly drawn and might need a little luck early. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. MERLIN'S MOMENT (4) showed good early speed over 1m at this track (Dirt) last time and went on to salute by 1.3 lengths. One of the main contenders. BAD LARRY (2) built on a nice third when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at this track (Dirt) with a win over 6½f at this track (Dirt) three weeks ago, getting home by 5 lengths. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
