IRIE MAN (4) was responsible for a solid effort last time out when third at this track (Dirt) over 1m, beaten 1.4 lengths. Won't mind coming back in distance. Major player. ALPHA SONNY (1) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 7f at this track after being in the firing line on the bend. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. FIRST SONS (5) resumes from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish fifth at the latest run over 6f at this track (Dirt). Solid top-three hope.
