Social Zone: Michael Owen and Paul Scholes lambast Man United after loss to Spanish Burnley

Former England player Michael Owen commentators for BT Sport prior to kick-off during the UEFA Euro U21 Qualifying match at Molineux, Wolverhampton.

Manchester United endured yet another disappointing European night as they were knocked out of the Champions League by Atletico Madrid.

The Red Devils fell to a 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford as Diego Simeone's men booked their spot in the quarter-finals of the competition.

Unsurprisingly, the managerial situation at Man United once again came under the microscope with a number of pundits deciding to give a piece of their mind.

SOCCER: Paul Scholes certainly didn't hold back when discussing Ralf Rangnick's role at the club.

The former midfielder questioned the German manager's status. But then again, status is not everything. Ask Oldham, right Scholesy?
SOCCER: Erik ten Hag remains one of the favourites for the Man United hot seat.
But as Michael Owen points out, is he the right man considering he was just knocked out of the Champions League by Benfica?
SOCCER: English Eibar? I'm sorry, but unlike United, Eibar are actually top of their league.

SOCCER: Today marks four years since Jose Mourinho's infamous football heritage rant. Talk about timing.

PBA: This has been a depressing social zone for Man United fans. Let's end on a high by checking out this incredible strike during the PBA Scorpion Championship!
