Here's a look at the best of the socials after Chelsea made it through to the Champions League final, including a frightening look at Spanish TV's reaction to Real Madrid's defeat.

SOCCER: N'Golo Kante was in sensational form against Real Madrid, winning the Player of the Match award in both legs of the semi-final.

Chelsea fans clearly thought so too, giving him a lovely send-off after the game at Stamford Bridge.

Full props to him driving a Mini as well, going against the stereotype of players having a massive Range Rover and the like.

SOCCER: While we're celebrating the midfielder, an overall 80-point swing when you switch clubs says a lot about how much difference you can make to a team.

SOCCER: Obviously, the golden rule of being on the losing side is to never smile. Ever. Eden Hazard unfortunately ignored this advice, and it made for some absolutely terrifying scenes on Spanish TV. You don't need to speak the language to see how threatening this guy looks.

SOCCER: After beating Real over two legs, Chelsea have become the first English club to have both their men's and women's teams in the Champions League final in the same season.
