KEATS (2) finished ninth over 1m1f in the G3 Eclipse Stakes at Caulfield at his most recent appearance on November 30. One of the genuine hopes in the race. ZIRYAB (8) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 2.25 lengths when fourth in a 1m contest at Flemington two weeks ago after being in the firing line on the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. GOLDEN CRUSADER (5) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 5 lengths into eighth over 1m at Flemington. Fitter so expect a better run this time. HARMONIOUS SENORA (4) turned in a much better effort last time out to score by a head over 1m2f at Wangaratta. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat again in this suitable race.
