SUPERCONSTELLATION (4) was in the money two starts back at Cranbourne but was unable to repeat the effort last time when eighth, beaten 7 lengths, at Pakenham over 7f after being prominent at the corner. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is perfectly placed to score. DANERICH DAN (2) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race when fresh from a lay-off last time out, finishing second and beaten only a head over 6f at this track after being prominent at the corner. Has a good record at this course and distance, including a win and three minor placings. Nicely placed to find winning ways. THE CRUISER (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 6f at this track, beaten 5 lengths into tenth. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. MATTEI (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Kilmore, beaten 3.5 lengths into eighth. Well placed to make amends.
