FIGO THE GREAT (2) turned in a nice effort last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just 1.1 lengths from the winner in third over 1m3/4f at Geelong after being in the firing line on the bend. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. MIGHTY OASIS (4) stuck on well when resuming last start to finish second over 1m at Great Western after showing good early speed. Likely improver with strong prospects. NOT A PROBLEM (1) finished out of the money two starts back then he was always well out of his ground and was beaten 4 lengths when fifth in a 1m3/4f contest at Sale two-and-a-half weeks ago. Nicely placed to get the prize. LA GIOIA (12) was beaten 2.5 lengths into seventh over 1m3/4f at Geelong three weeks ago. Has her share of talent and is a top-three prospect.
