OUTCASTER (10) recorded another minor placing last time out, finishing 2.2.5 lengths away in second over 1m at Pakenham when she was always up in the leading division. Has the ability to take this out. PURE POWER (5) has been in great form with two placings in succession, most recently when beaten 2.5 lengths into third after he got a long way back in the run over 1m at Cranbourne. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. THANKS EMMELINE (12) went back early from her wide draw over 1m1/2f at Stony Creek last time but hit the line strongly to finish fourth. Outdashed but got home well and the extra ground looks a big plus. Rates highly on best figures. ISOBAR (1) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Camperdown, beaten 9 lengths into 11th. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
