VERDEJO (2) progressed nicely last time out when she did her best work late to finish just a head from the winner in third over 6f at this track. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. PERHAPS TONIGHT (4) is back at the races for the first time since August 2. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 1m1/4f at Gulfstream Park. Expect her to play a major role. CARA CARA (6) has been thereabouts lately without being able to break through, the latest effort a third at Listed level at this track over 5f. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. One to consider. CHROMEPLATED HEART (5) finished third when resuming two runs back at this track then progressed nicely last time out to score by 0.3 lengths over 5½f at this track. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot score again.
