PAT'S GAMBLE (2) had been in sparkling form winning two races on end before most recently finished third over 6½f at this track. Rates highly and is worth another chance. COOLER MAN (4) was a long way back last start but hit the line well to finish fourth, beaten 5 lengths, over 7f at Listed level at this track. Among the chances and will be tough to stop. HEMLO GOLD (5) was never really a threat when resuming last start over 1m1/2f at this track, finishing 13 lengths from the winner in fifth. Jose Luis Campos who has two wins when partnering stays on. Solid claims on best form.
