MEKO MAKEE (1) is a talented gelding who tackled a tougher race at his last run on December 2 and finished sixth behind Frac Dancer over 6f in stakes class at this track. Should be poised just off the lead. Likely to feature. ALWAYS A WAY (3) missed the placings two runs back then was never in contention last start when 10 lengths away in sixth over 1m at Gulfstream Park. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. RED ENSIGN (2) is back from a lay-off of five months. Closed last prep with a sixth, beaten 2.75 lengths, over 1m1/2f at this track. Big run is expected. CORNWALL (6) has not been sighted since he scored over 1m1/4f at this track on December 8. Should be involved in the finish.
