DESERT BOOTS (3) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in sixth over 6f at Wagga Riverside. Can get off the mark this time. PIMPERNEL (1) did little and finished 3.5 lengths from the winner in seventh over 6¾f at Ipswich last start after being prominent at the corner, a less impressive effort than his fifth at Doomben the run before. Finds a nice race and can take this out. GAELIC GIRL (8) was in the firing line on the turn and finished third last start over 4½f at Corowa, beaten 3.5 lengths. Placed to advantage and can take this out. TUXEDO MISS (12) finished third last time over 5f at Wangaratta when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 7 lengths. In the right race and is sure to prove hard to beat.
