RACHEL'S CAPER (8) was disappointing over 1m at this track (Dirt) last time out when in the market. That followed a good second the run before. Finds a nice race and can atone. EXCAPING THE BLUES (4) was well fancied last start over 1m at this track (Dirt) when third, beaten 6 lengths. Well-placed to make amends. GRANDSONSAM (2) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 1m at Remington Park four-and-a-half months ago. Should be poised just off the lead. One of the main contenders. BROWN TOWN (1) returned from a lay-off last start with a strong win by 2 lengths over 6f at this track (Dirt). Fitter for that last hitout and appeals as a solid top-three hope.
