COMMANDER REX (7) was comfortably accounted for when third last time out over 1m at this track, beaten 4 lengths after being in contention on the corner. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Will enjoy a drop in class so he can make amends. EMERGENCY RESPONSE (4) has been in the placings at his last two starts, finishing second last time when he was prominent throughout over 1m1/2f at this track (Dirt). Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. ASSUMPTION (3) raced on the speed and dug deep to score by 0.3 lengths at this track and trip last start in a much improved run. Looks well placed so expect another big run. Worth noting Obed Sanchez goes aboard. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
