TYCOON ARTIE (3) hit the frame two starts ago at Tumut but ran below par last time when seventh and beaten 3 lengths over 5f at Albury. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. POWERSTONE (8) improved sharply on her sixth two starts back at Quirindi with a win as public elect over 5f at Gunnedah two weeks ago, getting home by one length after being in contention on the corner. Must raise the bar but this looks well within her grasp. CHOICE DEEL (12) ran well despite being friendless in betting last time over 5f at Orange, finishing second and beaten a neck at 25/1. Among the leading hopes. DAO SUN (4) scored last start at Gunnedah to make it two wins from four starts this campaign. Should settle handy in the run. One of the better hopes.
