IDEEL HERO (1) is racing well without winning. Last start finished third, beaten 4 lengths, over 1m3f at Grafton. Top contender. ROYAL GEORGE (5) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Toowoomba. Not as effective last time out when eighth over 1m2 3/4f at Toowoomba, beaten 8 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. PATTI WAGGIN (7) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 7½f at Warwick, beaten 4.5 lengths. Fitter and sure to run well. HEREDITARY (3) made progress last time out, finishing 2.25 lengths from the winner in third over 1m2f at Sunshine Coast Poly. This looks a good race for him and he is one of the key runners.
