HAYAI UMA (9) is a speedy filly who returned from a break with a win over 4f at Ipswich. Has the pace and the right draw to find a good early position. Best form puts her right in this. FLANK SPEED (7) was safely held when sixth last time out over 5f at Toowoomba, beaten 3.5 lengths after being prominent at the bend. That followed a win at Toowoomba at the previous outing. Finds a suitable race and can return to winning ways. AIN'T SHE LOVELY (6) raced on the speed when resuming last start and battled on well but found one better over 5f32yards at Chinchilla. Reunites with Anthony Allen who has two wins when on board. Fitter and poses a big threat. AL PAL'S GAL (2) ran below expectations last start, finishing fifth and beaten 4.5 lengths at this track over 5f. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time.
