PASSIONATE REBEL (3) returned from a lay-off last start with a strong win by 2 lengths over 7½f at Kilcoy. JUNGLE FEVER (5) saluted at Ipswich two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when in contention on the corner before finishing fourth over 6¾f at Ipswich, beaten 2.5 lengths. Ideally placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. SPIRIT OF GIVING (6) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 0.7 lengths over 1m at Toowoomba when he made late ground. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. ISLA'S DAY (7) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 7½f at Kilcoy, beaten 2 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can find the winner's circle.
