LYLES (11) was too good for a maiden field last start over 6f at Kembla Grange, scoring by 2.5 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Adam Hyeronimus was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. Big chance to go back-to-back. CONTALDO (6) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Joseph Pride stable and gelded since last run. Resumes after finishing sixth at Deauville at his last run eight months ago. Ran seventh in a trial at Warwick Farm over 4f and looks well placed. Expected to be in the finish. TRUE TO FORM (3) is having his first run since October 7. Goes very well when fresh with two wins from two starts, the latest over 6½f at Kembla Grange at the start of last prep. Placed in a recent trial. Worth plenty of thought.
