HUESCA (4) opened this prep with a win two runs ago. Not disgraced last time out when in the firing line on the bend before winding up in fourth over 7f at Sandown-Hillside, beaten 2 lengths. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. CADETSHIP (5) started at 4/1 last time on the back of a win at Rosehill two starts ago but was below his best, finishing fifth over 7f at this track. Finds a nice race and can atone. NAILS MURPHY (7) is resuming from a break of five months for a new stable after finishing fourth over 7½f at Rosehill at his latest outing. Ran sixth in a trial at Gosford over 5f. Good fresh performer with a win and two minor placings from three runs. One of the primary contenders. ROMEO'S CHOICE (8) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 7f at Randwick Kensington after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Placed to advantage so anticipating another big run.
