Group 2 placegetter ARMED FORCES (1) returned last time with a solid third at Randwick Kensington over 5½f after being in the firing line on the bend. Suitably placed to crack the maiden win. STAND ASIDE (7) finished off last campaign with a fourth at Randwick Kensington and has been gelded during the break. Fitter for a trial win at Randwick. Looks a definite winning chance. LITTLE JEANIE (13) returned last time with a solid second at Randwick Kensington over 7f. This looks a sterner test than last time but she is good enough to take this out. DARLING DOWNS (12) resumed two-and-a-half weeks ago over 5½f at Randwick Kensington and was only beaten 1.5 lengths into fourth. Fitter this time will prove harder to beat.
