PERLE BLEUE (1) showed good early pace over 1m4 1/2f at Morphettville last time and kept going to score by a nose. Has the talent to figure prominently. VIVIDEEL (7) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing third last time out over 1m2f at Ballarat. Taking on a better line-up this time but he cannot be underestimated. Group 3 placegetter WHAKAMANA (12) turned in an eye catching run last time when kept coming to finish second at Ballarat. Won only start at this longer journey and should be tough to stop again. RUDHYAR (3) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m2f at Mornington, beaten 5.5 lengths. Strips fitter and can improve.
