SORASTORM (13) is a two-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 4 lengths when eighth over 6f at Yarra Valley. Chance to break her maiden status with that run under her belt. COMPLAISANCE (9) is a well bred filly who was an AUD $ 50,000 (Inglis 2023 Classic Yearling Sale) yearling by Pierata who makes debut for the Matthew Dale yard. Sure to have come on from a recent trial at Goulburn over 4f. Has a wide draw but among the chances. DARN HOT MISS (10) settled well back then found the line nicely to finish fourth, beaten 6 lengths, over this journey at Corowa last time out. One to watch for in the concluding stages.
