BATTLE OFTHE BULGE (9) returns after eight months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a seventh over 1m2f at this track. Has ability and sure to prove tough to beat. INSTANT ATTRACTION (10) finished second last time out over 1m1f at Turffontein Inside, making it six career minor placings. Has been in the frame at all two runs over this trip. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Likely to feature. GIFT OF ROYAL (1) finished seventh when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. GOLD DE GRACE (7) failed to figure again last time over 1m1f at Turffontein Inside, beaten 16 lengths into fifth. Should park just off the speed. One of the better hopes.
