GLAMOROUS LADY (3) was well fancied last start over 1m1/2f at Vaal when second, beaten 3 lengths. Certainly deserves another chance. TUSCAN STAR (9) resumes from a lay-off of 12 weeks and looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 1m at Scottsville. Expect she has come on over the break. Has ability and can hit the ground running this campaign. ONO NO KOMACHI (7) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 7¼f at Turffontein Inside, beaten 5 lengths. Ready to go a couple better. POPLAR PARK (8) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Turffontein Inside, beaten 14 lengths into seventh. Steps up a level but she is capable of running a bold race.
