ON THE HORIZON (2) opened this prep with a win two runs ago. Less impressive last time out when third over 7¼f at this track, beaten 3 lengths. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. CEUTA (8) was far from disgraced when second last start over 7¼f at this track, beaten 0.7 lengths. That followed a win at Vaal the start prior. Taking on a better field but she is worth serious consideration. EXPLOSIVE BOND (1) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 6 lengths when 11th over 1m4f at Greyville four weeks ago. Worth noting Wesley Marwing goes aboard. This is a nice drop in grade so she will be hard to beat. IPSO FACTO (5) produced another moderate effort last start when 12 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1m2f at Turffontein Standside. Better than recent efforts suggest.
