ZAZEN (6) lifted strongly to salute by 1.75 lengths three runs back at Emerald Downs (Dirt) before filling a minor placing at her last two starts. Winning rider Karlo Lopez sticks. Leading contender. HOLY TUTTA BELLA (3) was beaten just 0.3 lengths last start when second in a small field over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Should be prominent from the outset. Among the leading chances. RUBYSA (7) started at 3/1 last time but could only manage fifth, beaten 3.5 lengths, at this track over 6f. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Sure to be competitive. REIGN OF FIRE (8) was well fancied last time out but could only manage fifth over 5½f at this track on November 27. Should park just off the speed. One of the better hopes.
