ASK ALICE (1) turned in a moderate run over this journey last time out, settling out the back and failing to make an impact when fifth over 4½f at this track (Dirt). Likely improver with strong prospects. AMARETTO DI AMORE (7) returned from a break last start with a less than impressive sixth over 6f at this track (Dirt) after settling well back. Perfectly placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. MARY MARGARET (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at Mountaineer Park, beaten 9 lengths into ninth. Taking on a better field but she is good enough to take this out. BIG BLUE NOTE (2) went to the paddock after scoring at her last appearance four-and-a-half months ago over 4f at Great Falls (Dirt). Definite top-three chance.
