NEVAEH WEST (8) did a good job last start to finish third at Los Alamitos Qh (Dirt) over 1f80yards, beaten 0.4 lengths. Hasn't been far away this time in work with four minor placings from six starts. Should be in the finish. HANDYWITHTHESTEEL (3) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of five months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 1f80yards at Energy Downs (Dirt). Hard to beat if back in good order as anticipated. LITTLE DAHLIA (5) is yet to break through in five runs. Finished seventh at her last appearance over 1f130yards at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino (Dirt) on October 25 after she gave away a big start. Looks to be in the right race to play a big role. STRICTLY SECRETS (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1½f at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino, beaten 3.5 lengths into eighth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
