IMPERIAL BLOSSOM (3) is a five-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 6 lengths when fourth over 7f at this track. Will take a lot from that hit-out and looks a strong chance to break through. SECRET ENCRYPTION (9) turned in a better effort to finish third last start, beaten half a length over 6½f at Mackay. Longer journey will play into his hands. NAPA VALLEY (2) turned in another moderate effort last start when 8 lengths from the winner in tenth over 1m at Sunshine Coast. No surprise to see him in the frame.
