BOLE LE (7) recorded a strong maiden win over 7f at Moree last time, getting there by 3 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and he can go on with it. GREY NORTHERN (10) came home soundly to finish fifth when resuming over 6½f at this track last time out. Right in the mix. HORSBURGH (5) improved sharply on his fourth two starts back at Ipswich with a win over 7f152yards at Gold Coast Poly three weeks ago, getting home by a nose after being prominent at the turn. Has the class to produce another positive result. MADALSA (8) turned in a fine effort to win by 2 lengths at this track and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Nicely placed to feature in the finish again.
