VIKING VALOUR (7) finished out of the money two starts back then he was always well out of his ground and was beaten 0.8 lengths when fourth in a 4f65yards contest at Gatton a month ago. Nicely placed to take this out. BLERIOT (13) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a sixth over 5½f at this track. Hard to beat in this suitable race. DRANG A TANG (1) comes here off a break of four months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5f at this track.
