PULL THE CATCH (2) has only raced once and finished a head away in second over 4f65yards at Gatton four months ago. Looks the goods so she looks the one to beat. JEROBI (7) is yet to break through after 12 starts but not far off a win. Placed in a then missed the frame but was thereabouts last time over 5f at this track. Has the addition of blinkers. Shapes as one of the top chances. BOONAH FLASHER (6) resumes from a lay-off of four months. Could only manage to finish seventh at the latest run over 4f65yards at Gatton. Good effort to open last prep when in the money at Goondiwindi over 5f. Rates highly and is a chance to break through. BESIEGE (4) is a nicely bred three-year-old gelding making his first appearance at the races. By Spirit Of Boom from Iridescente who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. Has not been produced in a public trial. Jumps from a favourable gate and is certainly worth considering.
