WHAT ARTISTS DO (3) finished fifth on debut then improved last start but found a couple better over 5½f at Grafton, beaten 0.9 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Looks well placed so expect another big run. BLACK ASSASSIN (6) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then got a long way back last start when 5 lengths away in ninth over 6f at Eagle Farm. Has the talent to take this out. JUST CLIFFY (1) has filled a minor placing at both runs this time in work and looks close to a maiden win, the latest effort a second over 6f at this track. Fitter and a solid top-three hope again. MISHANI HERCULES (7) finished 8 lengths away in eighth after being in contention on the turn at his last appearance over 6f at Goondiwindi on July 20. Rates highly in this field and can turn things around.
