MISS BAYLES (2) has not appeared since she finished seventh over 5f at Canberra on March 10. Now under the care of new trainer Kevin Kemp. Strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. FIELD OF MARS (5) missed the frame when resuming last start over 5½f at this track but wasn't all that far from the winner. Expected to feature in the finish. ELLEYANNA (7) finished second when resuming at this track then couldn't repeat the dose last time when fourth at this track over 5½f when beaten 2.25 lengths. Finds a nice race and can measure up. Nicely placed to find some form.
