SMARTASSET (1) is close to breaking through after finishing third last start over 1m at this track (Dirt) when she was prominent throughout. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. FLAME FOR REAL (8) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. APPALACHIAN SPIRIT (6) has been in the placings at her last two starts, finishing second last time when she was handy all the way over 6f at Belterra Park (Dirt).
