SKYPASS (2) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6f at this track, beaten only 1.5 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Erik Barbaran gets the best out of this three-year-old gelding. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. PERMAFROST (3) was leading on the turn and fought on to finish third over 6f at this track (Dirt) at his latest appearance. Fitter and expected to go well. TAP VALLEY (4) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 7 lengths when fifth over 6f at this track three weeks ago. Likely improver with strong prospects. ALTER THE STARS (5) was in the money two starts back at this track but was unable to repeat the effort last time when 11th, beaten 11 lengths, at Churchill Downs (Dirt) over 5f. Has her share of talent and can do a lot better.
