VARTON (6) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 12 lengths away in fifth over 5½f at Oaklawn Park. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is a major player. FRANKLY MY DEAR (2) finished third two runs back at Mahoning Valley (Dirt) then improved last time out to score by half a length over 6f at Mahoning Valley (Dirt). Angel I Diaz scored on her last time and retains the ride. Meets some better types this time but she has the ability to test this field. LA REINA DEL NORTE (5) showed good speed and fought on for third over 6f at Mahoning Valley (Dirt) last time. Gaddiel A Martinez who has two wins when partnering stays on. Expected to measure up. J P'S GLADYS (4) was well in commission last time but ran below expectations when sixth and beaten 5.5 lengths over 6f at Mahoning Valley (Dirt). Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Sure to be thereabouts.
