ETUDE (7) impressed when successful as favourite on debut over 5f at Muswellbrook five-and-a-half months ago and has not raced since. Has since been kept ticking over with a Hawkesbury trial win. Will come on following that run and looks tough to hold out again. MR TRACKSIDE (1) finished sixth over 4½f at Newcastle at his most recent appearance on June 22. Rates highly and should take some beating. ZOUBEAUTY (3) recorded a strong maiden win over 4½f at Muswellbrook last time, getting there by 2.25 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Shaping up nicely and she cannot be discounted. PRINCESS VITTORIA (2) was in contention on the corner and finished second last start over 5f at this track, beaten one length. Will be rock-hard fit. Nicely placed to run well again.
