DASHING DONKEY (4) is a 15-start maiden who finished fourth after being prominent at the turn at his most recent appearance over 1m5f at Ballarat. Likely to be in the finish in this suitable assignment. ADARE MANOR (1) is still a maiden after 11 starts. Could only manage to finish eighth last time out over 1m1 1/2f at Kyneton following a minor placing at Wangaratta over 1m2f the run prior. Should be in the mix. AMAWASHA (2) is yet to break through in three runs. Finished sixth at his last appearance over 1m3 3/4f at Warrnambool on October 21 after he gave away a big start. Looks to be in the right race to play a big role. MERCURY FLYER (5) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 7¾f at Manangatang after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Looks to be in the right race so he should be in contention again.
