GIFTED GAMER (2) finished just a head from the winner in second last start over 7½f at Warwick after racing on the pace. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the key runners. EXPRESS PAYMENT (1) held on well to finish third last time out over 1m at Eagle Farm after leading for much of the way. Will go forward and is expected to be in the finish again. SAN JOSE BOY (7) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at Warwick. Not as effective last time out when fourth over 1m1/4f at Doomben, beaten 3.5 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can return to winning ways. POUTCHEK (6) disappointed last start when out of the placings over 1m at Eagle Farm, beaten 9 lengths. Has the class to produce a better result.
