FLYWHEEL (1) started this prep with a win two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when in the firing line on the turn before winding up in second over 6f at Doomben, beaten 1.1 lengths. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. ITALIAN DANCER (6) was below par when 5.5 lengths from the winner in ninth over this course and distance last start when well in the market. Has a much better draw this time. Among the winning hopes. GRAND METEOR (5) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish 1.75 lengths back in fifth over 6f at Ipswich. Well placed and expected to feature. CRYPTIC PRISM (19) finished third last start over 6f at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Will be rock-hard fit. Nicely placed to fill a top-three spot again.
